Video Practise – Know, Like & Trust

I have seen several posts on FaceBook recently, expounding the benefits of the ChromaKey green screen video background effects.

If you are producing a video launch of a particular product or are making a training video this is a great way to do it.

But, if you are wanting to draw an audience to you personally, the video has to be the natural you, warts and all.

With Internet marketing, unlike walking into your local shop, people don’t know you. The video is about being able to project the real you, to people who are unable to meet you in person.

If you want to gain the Know Like Trust of your audience, this an essential media for those of us who have an on-line business.

Yes, the Green screen has its place in marketing, but people want to see the real you, this will become evident to you when you watch my video below.

The Real Me.

The real me had just walked my dog this morning, and quite frankly, I looked like Sh!t, but who cares, this is the “Sage Grandad” doing his stuff to help you guys out.

The other thing about starting off in this marketplace is the expense of investing in your business.  The last thing you want to do is to go after expensive shiny objects.

All you need for a good video is your smartphone or tablet to make an impact on your audience. Never record with light or a window behind you, always light yourself from the front, I use a couple of desk lamps in front of me when at home.

The next thing is, never sell in your video, just project yourself in your everyday activities, I filmed this video on my daily dog walk, but had to wait and record in my car as I had strong winds which would have given me a poor sound recording.

We are here to help you.

Many thanks for taking the time to read my blog.
